The Youth Strength & Conditioning Workshop is targetted at anyone working with young athletes. The workshop will give an opportunity to learn about our methods and the basic principles around youth athlete development. We will help practitioners to build their own toolbox of content, allowing them to improve their athletes without taking the focus away from the technical and tactical development. The workshop is free - spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
