The Run Hub Workshop: Join us at Advance Performance for an introductory evening of education and insight into the world of strength & conditioning, recovery and nutrition specific to runners. Meet the team and like minded runners to see how we can help you to achieve your goals and reduce your risk of injury, allowing you to excel at what you do best.

At a fundamental level, strength and conditioning has 3 main objectives:

  • Prepare the individual for their sport
  • Identify and minimise injury risks
  • Develop physical attributes and capacities, which may transfer to sport performance

This workshop will provide:
  • Knowledge of the demands placed on runners
  • Strategies to introduce S&C into training
  • Technical advice on fundamental movements
  • Injury reduction strategies
