We believe that in order to reap the benefits of their training, all athletes (YES THAT’S YOU) must ensure that their other lifestyle choices i.e. sleep, nutrition and recovery, are aligned. Therefore, The Strength Code (SC) was built to help every person develop their strength and, in turn, overall athleticism. Our mission is different to that of a commercial gym, with their huge turnover of members, with a distinct lack of care and concern for their welfare.

So, this is all great but what is the strength code? The strength code is a philosophy, an ethos, a mantra to live by. An initial 8 week programme with sessions in person along with programmes and challenges via our SC App.

SC training coaches you on the fundamental lifts, providing you with a step by step process, in order to fully understand and experience the benefits of strength training before diving into weekly gym strength workouts or group session training. Comitting to the code gives you the best chance of achieving your individual goals and becoming Stronger for Life.

Join our SC community and receive ongoing support from our team of strength coaches. Build confidence in strength training by learning the fundamental lifts. Use the SC app to ask questions about your fitness goals.

Receive regular feedback, recognition and expertise to keep you on track. Attend workshops to meet new friends and training partners.
