JUNIOR ATHLETE ACADEMY PROGRAMME

The Junior Athlete Academy Programme is the first step on our long term athlete development pathway for athletes from 6-9 years of age.

This programme is ideal for children of all abilities to help prepare them for a future of sport participation. The Junior AAP programme takes all the best bits of our AAP programme with elements of strength, power and speed developed through exposure to fun, play based activities such as tag, wrestling, parkour and climbing.

Learn & practice the fundamental lifts

Book into the Prepare to Lift course to learn the fundamental lifts.

Perform regular strength training

Perform training in the gym or book into a class. Plan to complete a least two sessions per week.

Monitor and track your progress

Use our app to track and monitor your progress.

Eat real food

Reduce process foods and ultra processed foods. Eat real food and nutrition to fuel your training and recovery.

Allow for recovery and rest

Learn to find balance in your lifestyle and training.
