At Advance Performance Lab, we are thrilled to offer an empowering and results-driven, female only class designed to help women of all fitness levels enhance their strength, conditioning, and improve overall physical well-being. With our state-of-the-art private strength and conditioning facility, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where women can push their limits, achieve their fitness goals, and foster a strong sense of community.

Class Overview: Each class is carefully crafted to cater to females who are looking to develop strength, increase muscular definition, aiming to lose body fat, and decrease the likelihood of injury. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, our expert coaches will guide you through every step of the class, ensuring proper technique, by providing personalised attention. Each hour-long session will dip into different strength movements and lifts, encouraging engagement through variation of the acute variables. 

  1. Individualised Coaching: Our knowledgeable trainers provide ongoing support, ensuring safe and effective exercises. They monitor your progress, offer feedback, and adjust your training plan as needed.
  2. Motivating Environment: Our private gym fosters a comfortable and empowering atmosphere, surrounded by like-minded women who inspire each other.
  3. Nutritional and Lifestyle Guidance: Our trainers offer advice on nutrition, healthy habits, hydration, sleep, and recovery to optimise your results and develop a sustainable approach.
