STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SOFTWARE FOR ATHLETES

The Athlete Management System has been created for schools, sport clubs, and academies that coach large numbers of athletes. 

Each phase is a full academic year, allowing the athletes time to develop physical qualities and to practice a range of motor skills. The phases integrate, meaning that Phase 1, prepares the athletes for Phase 2, and Phase 2 prepares the athlete for Phase 3. The three phases are aligned with a Long-term Athletic Development Model.

The Athlete Management System leads your young athletes through the different phases of strength and conditioning, which will develop their physical qualities and support them to be Sport Ready.

There are three phases of development: Athlete Preparation – Athlete Progression – Athlete Performance.
